Silk and Artificial Flowers: Realistically Magnificent!

Silk flowers and artificial flowers are typically the same thing unless you were purchasing them 60 years ago. As the floral industry found a less expensive way to get the same look as the traditional silk versions they started mass producing them but the name still stuck. Today most artificial versions are made from silk screened polyester and are more realistic than ever before. With the veins of the leaves and petals painted on they can portray more depth and detail than the traditional silk flowers made over a half century ago. Ours are no exception as many of our flowers are hand wrapped and hand painted to perfection giving you that fresh growing or fresh cut look. Many of our pre-made arrangements look so real you may be tempted to water them. Browse our selection of artificial flowers and arrangements below and were sure you love them.

Why silk flowers and plants? Here are just a few reason to choose them over their real counterparts.

Watering and maintenance is a huge concern because of what the staining water will do to expensive hardwood floors and carpeting. Over watering your plants can cause mold and fungus growth making it hazardous to people with allergies or asthma.

Bugs can live in real plants and infest a home. Animals are attracted to the dirt and leaves. They may dig in the dirt because it's what they do.

If you have small children they may grab the leaves and put them in their mouths. Some plants may be toxic to humans and animals alike making them sick.

These are only a few reasons why you should have silk flowers and plants in your home rather than live.
