NOTE: Your Must Have A Return Authorization Number To Return An Order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) ordered, please contact us at service@qualitysilkplants.com or call us at 877-797-7737 for a return authorization. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any non defective items, refused orders, orders that are not returned in new condition or orders that are called in more than the 7 days of the day the shipment was delivered.

If possible, re-pack the item securely in the original packaging material; do not allow items to move freely in the box. Be sure to use adequate cushioning; credits will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping. Include a copy of your invoice with your return. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the box or label.

Upon inspection of the returned merchandise a credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s); shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) must be received in original condition; items returned in used, altered or damaged condition will not receive credit. Ship the return using insured, traceable mail. Properly insure the items being returned as Quality Silk Plants.com will not issue credit for damaged items; a damage/loss claim will need to be filed with the shipping company. Shipping/insurance costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Returns that arrive C.O.D cannot be accepted.

Returns must be received by us within 21 days of Return Authorization in order for a credit to be issued. Note: No returns will be accepted after 30 days from time shipment is received.

Damages: Note that all items are inspected prior to leaving the warehouse. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item(s) have been damaged in shipping please contact us within 7 days to report the damage so that we may promptly file a claim with the shipping company. Call us at 1-877-797-7737 or email admin@qualitysilkplants.com. Please keep all boxes and packaging material along with the damaged item since the shipping company may wish to pick up the package for inspection.

We try our best to accurately display the colors of the products shown on our website. However, depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All items at Quality Silk plants may not be silk and may be made of other materials. Please check with us before ordering if you have any questions regarding our products.

Due to packaging constraints your item(s) may need shaping. Gently twist or bend the stems to achieve a natural look. Average size noted on the item description is determined by how it is shaped. We measure the height from the bottom of the container to the top of the foliage, and the width of the foliage at the widest point. If you have any questions, please email info@qualitysilkplants.com

Please note that our products are not intended for outdoor use, unless noted in the item description. Do not place product near a heat source or open flame. We will not be held responsible for misuse, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of the products.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted; credit will not be issued for items returned without a return authorization number. Please contact us prior to returning any items. Special order items, clearance items and items purchased through eBay Auctions cannot be returned.
