SHIPPING INFORMATION We ship anywhere in the continental US and Canada. Our preferred method of shipping is FedEx and USPS Ground. Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses and there may be some restrictions on size limits when shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. All shipments outside of the continental U.S will be subject to additional shipping charges listed below, please allow additional time for shipping. Standard shipping charges within the 48 contiguous US states are based on the total order amount: FREE FREIGHT - We offer free freight on all orders over $75 that ship by FedEx ground or USPS within the continental United States. CURRENT SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES - Charges are based on the dollar amount of the order. These charges apply to FedEx or USPS ground shipments within the Continental US only. $10 and under ........$ 5.99 $10.01 - $30............$ 7.99 $30.01 - $50............$ 9.99 $50.01 - $75...........$ 11.99 $75.01 & Over..........Free!* For Canada / HI / AK orders 40% of your total order will be added during checkout. *Over $75 - FREE! (FedEx / USPS ground within 48 Contiguous US states only) Any orders returned to Quality Silk Plants as "undeliverable" or "refused" will be treated as a return and subject to a 15% restocking fee. RETURNS Note that all items are inspected prior to leaving the warehouse. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item(s) have been damaged in shipping please contact us within two business days to report the damage so that we may promptly file a claim with FedEx / USPS. Call us at 1-877-797-7737 or email admin@qualitysilkplants.com. Please keep all boxes and packaging material along with the damaged item since FedEx / UPS may wish to pick up the package for inspection. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) ordered, please call us at 1-877-797-7737 or email service@qualitysilkplants.com for a Return Authorization. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. If possible, re-pack the item securely in the original packaging material; do not allow items to move freely in the box. Be sure to use adequate cushioning; credits will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping. Include a copy of your invoice with your return. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Upon inspection of the returned merchandise a credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s); shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) must be received in original condition; items returned in used, altered or damaged condition will not receive credit. Ship the return using insured, traceable mail, such as UPS Ground. Properly insure the items being returned as Quality Silk Plants.com will not issue credit for damaged items; a damage/loss claim will need to be filed with the shipping company. Shipping/insurance costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Returns that arrive C.O.D cannot be accepted. Returns must be received by us within 21 days of Return Authorization in order for a credit to be issued. We try our best to accurately display the colors of the products shown on our website. However, depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Due to packaging constraints your item(s) may need shaping. Gently twist or bend the stems to achieve a natural look. Average size noted on the item description is determined by how it is shaped. We measure the height from the bottom of the container to the top of the foliage, and the width of the foliage at the widest point. Do not place product near a heat source or open flame. We will not be held responsible for misuse of products. No unauthorized returns will be accepted; credit will not be issued for items returned without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us prior to returning any items. Special order items, clearance items and items purchased through eBay Auctions cannot be returned. DELIVERY Orders generally ship within 2-4 business days for in stock items. Note that your billing address must match the address that your credit card issuer has on file for you; incorrect information will delay the processing and shipping of your order. You will be notified by email if there is a problem with your order information. TAX INFORMATION Quality Silk Plants is required by law to collect and remit sales tax on merchandise (including shipping charges) on all orders shipped to locations in California.
